The Banter on the Bench app is a content platform that creates and publishes short-form video clips from publicly available courtroom footage and legal encounters. The Banter on the Bench app publishes content to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
All video content published by the Banter on the Bench app is sourced from publicly available recordings, including public court proceedings and publicly posted videos. We create original short-form clips with commentary, captions, and branding. All content is reviewed and approved before publishing through the Banter on the Bench app.
The Banter on the Bench app publishes content to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms.
Original branding, commentary, and creative elements of clips created by the Banter on the Bench app are owned by Banter on the Bench. Source material used under fair use principles for commentary, criticism, and educational purposes.
The Banter on the Bench app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Banter on the Bench app.
Banter on the Bench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Banter on the Bench app.
We may update these Terms of Service for the Banter on the Bench app at any time. Continued use of the Banter on the Bench app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
